• INSTRUCTIONS: Remove clothing and enter the shower. Take a handful of scrub and rub it onto your skin in circular motions. Pay extra attention to specific areas like scars, marks, lumps, and bumps. Allow the scrub to sit for a minute. Sing a song, including hitting high notes. Finally, rinse off the scrub.
